After much consideration over the past few months, we have tentatively decided to continue with our original plans and have now finalized details for a tour from September 29-October 13, 2021.  Obviously we are holding these dates very lightly recognizing that we are still not certain as to when the world will open up again and international travel will be permissible and safe.  However, since it takes approximately one year to organize and promote a tour, we also realize that waiting to make plans until we have certainty of travel could very likely mean delaying an Israel Tour well into 2022.

We also recognize the importance of ensuring that any tour of this nature is as safe as possible for those who might choose to join us – both health wise and financially.  Subsequently we are putting in place the following processes and procedures this time around:

1. We have purposefully chosen higher end hotels as a precaution against COVID contact
2. We will require all tour members to travel with personal facemasks that will be mandatory as local government regulations require or the tour leader deems necessary
3. We will require that all tour members be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to travel, and provide proof of such
4. We will require that all tour members be tested for COVID within 3 days of departure date
5. We will require that all tour members travel with medical insurance that covers COVID treatment and quarantine expenses.
6. If for any reason Haven has to cancel this tour, all payments made by a tour member for the land portion of the tour will be refunded, with the exception of a reasonable handling fee charged by our travel agency, Pilgrim Tours. 

We remain hopeful that this tour will proceed as planned come this fall.  Nevertheless we will monitor the world health situation carefully, and if we have to cancel prior to final payment date you will receive a full refund of your $300 (USD) deposit.

So with the above health and financial safeguards in place, we welcome you to register and secure your spot on our next Haven Israel Tour.  And let’s trust that in God’s providence, together we will be able to “walk where Jesus walked” in 2021.

A $300 (USD) per person US Dollar deposit is required to secure a reservation.* Your reservation is not considered confirmed until Pilgrim Tours has received both the deposit and completed reservation form.

Final payment for all tours is due July 23, 2021.

* Payment for retail tours can be made by check, Visa, Discover, or Master Card. Payments not received on time will result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Pilgrim Tours strongly suggests purchasing a travel insurance plan. Be sure to check with your health insurance provider as many US medical coverage plans may not cover you outside of the country. Insurance costs are based on the total tour cost, including air taxes and charges listed under “Not Included.” These charges are added to the final billing. Approximate amounts can be given at time of reservation in order to purchase the appropriate amount of insurance.
